Money Transfer General Conditions
Commissions are charged in AMD. In case of non-sufficient funds on customer's account, commission is charged from the customer's currency account by converting currency to AMD: currency conversion is done based on the average currency exchange rate for that day.
The Bank bears no responsibility for delays, errors, and losses that may occur due to:
• Customer's incorrect or incomplete instructions;
• The failure of communication lines;
• In case of force majeure circumstances such as natural disaster, epidemics, earthquakes, strikes, blockades, war, and state of emergency, activities of state authorities, etc.
Payment orders received until 16:00 will be processed on the same day. Payment orders received after 16:00 will be processed the next banking day.
