Each person has a right to receive the copy of information about Artsakhbank subject to part 3 of Article 20, part 2 of Article 43 of the RA Law On Banks and Banking and subject to Article 16, 120, and part 1 of Article 126 of the RA Law On Securities Market.
The Bank provides the above mentioned information within three business days upon receiving a written application (except, there is no other term fixed). The written application may be submitted personally or by post to the Head office or any branch of the Bank.
Information delivery personally or electronically is free of charge.
