  • Security and Confidentiality Rules
    • Identification of the Customer is done by username, password, unique code sent to the Customer by SMS notification and other information, for example, biometric identification depending on the mobile phone possibilities, etc.

      Password requirements:

      • 8-digit symbols minimum
      • Contains at least letters and numbers
      • Latin letters
      • Password change at least every 6 months
       
    •  The Customer becomes responsible for security of the identification data, which is username and password, provided by the Bank.
    • Entering the identification data to Artsakhbank Mobile application has legal force equal to the Customer’s original signature, therefore login in to the system by entering the identification data is approved ground for the Bank for the operations carried out through the application. The Customer is responsible for all orders given to the Bank by himself/herself  or his/her authorized person for the period from login to exit from the application.

      • The Customer is obliged to take all reasonable preventive measures to provide the mobile appliance’ and private information security and to prevent fraud as well.
      • Strictly provide the confidentiality of the log in username and password and other identification data.
      • Do not use the security information that is easy to reveal.  
      • Be careful that the security information should not be seen to a third party while using it.
      • Do not inform the security data to a third party.
      • Immediately change the security data in case if there is a doubt of the date has been available to a third party.
      • Keep the security data in safe place.
      • When logged in, keep the mobile device in a view in order not to allow others to use it.
      • When finished, exit the application and be careful to deactivate the application, if it is not used.
      • Follow the operation system developer company’s security rules on the application or mobile device usage, as well as never provide their security data or information on the accounts available.
      • Take antivirus and other harmful software preventive measures.
      • Immediately inform the Bank in case of mobile phone number or other contact information change.

      ! The Bank will never ask the Customer (or never get in contact with the Customer on behalf  of the Bank through a third party)  for provision of the Customer’s security data.  In case of such request from someone (even  if they  mention the Bank brand name and trade name, which will be like the real name of the Bank), then it sure is fraud and you should never tell the security  data to the third party.  At the same time, you must immediately inform the Bank on such cases.
    • Artsakhbank Mobile service is provided to individuals in parallel with Internet Banking service.
  • How to activate Artsakhbank Mobile application
    • You should apply to any branch of the Bank to join Internet Bank and Artsakhbank Mobile application, and then upload Artsakhbank Mobile App. The Bank will provide you with username and SMS notification on your one-time password to activate the application. After entering the system you must change the password and set the PIN code that you should remember for each entrance to the system and transactions approval in the future. The application allows to approve transactions by Touch ID, whereas for iOS by Face ID as well.
    • If you are already Internet Bank user, then you should just upload Artsakhbank Mobile App and enter the username and the password provided to you by the Bank for entering Internet Bank
  • How to reset the password
    • To reset the password you should fill in the Password Reset Application Form set by the Bank and submit it to the Bank. The Bank will provide you with new password.
    • For Customers abroad the Password Reset Application Form can be submitted via e-mail defined by the Bank in Remote Service Subscription Application Form.
  • How to do in case of the password reveal and/or loss
    • In case of reaveal and/or loss of data (including username and password) provided by the Bank for the service usage, you should immediately inform the Bank in written form on the user cancellation.
